Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), we will gladly exchange or refund all qualifying item(s). All merchandise must be returned in new and its original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product) and packaging as you received it.

Return Instructions

Step 1: Contact us within 7 calendar days from the delivery and request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via e-mail at info@beauwigful.com.

Step 2: Read & follow the required instructions on the "Return Merchandise Authorization Form". Download Return Form

Step 3: Fill out the form completely & write your RMA# on the form & the outside of a shipping box. (Do not use Envelopes)

Step 4: Return the item(s) in original condition and packaging to: BeauWIGful, 22801 Chardonnay Drive Unit 3 Diamond Bar, CA 91765. The package must be post-marked in 5 calendar days from RMA issue-date.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT:

Returns will not be accepted without a pre-authorization.

Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be odor free & in original packaging with all tags attached, otherwise the items will be sent back to you at your expense. (See more examples)

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost (including Free Shipping Promotions when purchasing) will be deducted from your refund/exchanges.

Customers are responsible for the return postage.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Envy Wigs, costume wigs, headwear, accessories, color rings, price-matched items and all clearance (sale, close out) items are FINAL SALE. Also, any items quantity of 3 or more on same/similar style item and color are considered FINAL SALE. They are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please review contents in the cart before ordering.

Depending on conditions of the returned merchandise, additional fees, up to 75% of the original purchase price, may be charged. Examples for an additional fee, but not limited to these, are; late returns, incomplete packaging without literature, accessories, tags, damaged item box, or a product has been altered in any way. Ineligible products received by BeauWIGful.com will be returned to you at your expense.

Any promotional items received with order must also be returned or the retail cost of the item will be deducted from return credit.

DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS

Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Contact Customer Care and please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

STORE CREDIT

Free Restocking Fee and Make your next purchase easy!

No restocking fee will be charged for Store Credit towards your next purchase. Store credit is valid for any purchase on BeauWIGful online store. To redeem store credit, the registered account holder should place a phone-order through a customer service. Store credit is valid for one (1) year. A refund of store credit is subject to a restocking fee.

EXCHANGE

Free Restocking Fee with the first exchange.

- If the exchange item(s) costs more, you will be contacted for the payment information.

- If the exchange item(s) costs less, you will receive a store credit.

After first exchange, a restocking fee of $10 per item or 15% will be charged. A refund, when the exchange orders are out of stock, is subject to a restocking fee. Returns and exchanges will be processed within two weeks of receipts. Discounts from promotions and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

REFUND

All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of $10 per item or 15% (whichever is greater). A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. A refund will be posted on your credit card account in two weeks.
